Kennedy Snyder's Chance for Life

charity

12-year old Kennedy Snyder suffers from pediatric spinal cord cancer and often wears braces on her legs. Nevertheless, her attitude, maturity, and zest for life are nothing short of inspirational. Her godfather, RedPeg Marketing CEO Brad Nierenberg (right), created the "Chance for Life" event to benefit her fight and to help fund research. Now in its eighth year (Feb. 16 at the City Tavern Club) it's an unforgettable evening of poker, wine, dancing, and upbeat fun. It's also your chance to see Kennedy shine (and dance the night away!). Last year, an enthused crowd of 400 helped raise over $100k, bringing us one step closer to a cure for pediatric spinal cord cancer. Events include a wine tasting (sample 15 different varieties), a silent auction, and an open-bar after party. The grand prize: a $10,000 seat at The World Series of Poker tournament in Las Vegas.
