Grunley project executive Doug Cruce is earning high marks for American Universitys new Cassell Hall, the $27M dormitory located just 42 feet from the presidents office building (so be on your best behavior... at least during office hours). The eight-story building will house 358 lucky students in four- and six-bedroom, suite-style units, with a few resident advisory dorms to make sure the residents dont have too much fun. The building is made of post-tension concrete with glass curtain walls and is adjacent to two existing residence halls. The goal: LEED Gold, to open in time for the fall 2013 semester. Grunley is a full-service general contractor with annual sales of $326M. For more information on our sponsor, click here.
