Greetings From Seattle

300 Seattle-ites joined us for our Development and Construction Summit this morning. Multifamily (what else is new) is red hot, but other asset classes are picking up too. Everyone, young or old, wants to live in the city--also defined as prominent, still fast-growing exurbs like Bellevue and Redmond.
Here we are winging our way toward Puget Sound yesterday. Those mountains are not small, and though it's warmer in this Washington, there's still a lot more snow.
