The tenant roster at Vornado's Fairfax Square complex in Tysons reads like a Who's Who of both retail and office, including blue-chip corporate firms CohnReznick and New York Life as well as high-end retailers Tiffany and Hermes. Colliers' Andy Klaff (middle, whom we snapped with colleagues Jeff Tarae and Kat Camacho) tells us that roster could be expanding soon. The team (with colleague Chad Arnold) has just been tapped to market the 48k SF of available office space at the complex. Andy says Vornado has an upcoming two-phase renovation of the properties.

Phase 1 will include sprucing up Fairfax Square's lobbies and common areas (to be finished over the next few months) and Phase 2 will augment the complex's streetscape and outdoor presence (complete next year). The new features contribute toarchitecture that's stood the test of time since the buildings delivered in 1990. Fairfax Square's also has some of the best access in Tysons--it sits right at the first intersection after getting on Leesburg Pike from 495. And it's also the home of what Andy calls "the hottest happy hour in Tysons" at Chef Geoff's.
