Blake Signs 1150 Connecticut Tenant

Blake Real Estate's Neil Simon(who has heard way better jokes about his name than we could ever think of) tells us his firm has locked up the American Farmland Trust for a 10-year, 8,000 SF deal at 1150 Connecticut Ave. AFT is the nation's leader in saving farm and ranch land, as well as promoting healthy farming practices, he says. AFT will move in to their space in September, and were repped by Cresa's Jon Olmstead and Jonathan Harms.
