Transwestern's Matt Bundy(right, with RTC Partnership's Rick Whealen, designer Polleo Group's Thomas Dinneny, and colleague Josh Masi) tells us 1760 Reston will be the neighborhood's tallest building, 115 feet taller than the next highest structure. He adds the property will also be unique as the only one in Reston Town Center to front Reston Parkway and havededicated parking-- sitting on top of a five-story parking garage.

Rick says 1760 Reston will be built out to LEED Gold and include a 3/4 acre green plaza on top of the garage. The property won't be built on spec, as Rick says the ownership prefers to lock up an anchor tenant before breaking ground. (There's also an existing property with leases in place on site, too.) But he says Reston Town Center is "a destination in itself," and that they'll attract tenants seeking proximity to the area and its accessibility to the Toll Road.
