Another CBD office property has gotten a new look. Earlier this week, American Real Estate Partners announced it's finished renovations on 1140 19th St. AREP CEO Doug Fleit tells us the firm (along with partner The Davis Cos) put in a year of planning on the $10M project and was able to finish construction in only 7.5 months. He says there was extensive work to the exterior and interior, including the new glass curtain wall, above, as well as a brand-new lobby. The partners also aimed to spruce up the street-level retail space, which Doug says is "the most attractive on 19th Street." Noodles & Co. has already signed up for space, and there are "a number of great prospective tenants" lining up for the 2,800 SF remaining, he adds.

Here's the new lobby, which Doug tells us not only solved ADA issues but also formed a new creative street-level entrance. He says office leasing is going well: there's 30k SF still available, including the entire fifth floor, which includes a 1,300 SF outdoor terrace. (Lease it and you can keep Noodles & Company company.)
