Akridge Hires Rob Kohn for Capital Markets Post

Akridge has bolstered its capital markets operation by hiring former Park Madison Partners partner Rob Kohn as SVP. He'll relocate from NYC to help the firm organize JVs, and Akridge prez Matt Klein tells us Rob will manage and cultivate relationships with institutional investors. (We just think he likes our version of BLT Steak better.) Either way, congrats!
