Moments ago, we snapped Studley's Demetri Koutrouvelis, Lois Zambo, and Nicole Miller at Del Frisco's, as the team celebrated closing the American Hospital Association's 42k SF lease at CityCenter. Nicole tells usAHA will move into its space in September of next year. The lease brings CityCenter's 515k SF of office space to 83% occupancy (following the 420k SF deal Covington & Burling signed last year).

AHA CFO John Evans tells us the building is "the best environment for our staff," and that while the nonprofit's search for space took two years, deciding on CityCenter was easy because of its ultra efficient floor plates. John says AHA will also havetwice as much meeting space than they currently have at 325 7th St. (Now no one can skip meetings because there "aren't enough seats.")
