Big ASAE Meeting in Nashville

Placeholder

Are meetings making a comeback? ASAE says it had close to 6,000 people at its annual meeting and exposition this month in Nashville. (Lady Antebellum was the entertainment one night.) It hadn’t had that good of a turnout since its 2007 annual meeting in Chicago. Over 3,100 attendees were association execs, nearly 2,000 were exhibitors, and the rest were guests, spouses, press, volunteers, and vendors. ASAE president John Graham says two-thirds of the attendees had never been to Nashville. The event also raised $23,554 for the Second Harvest Food Bank.
