West Vancouver mixed-use project Grosvenor Ambleside (above) will have a new-concept location by Earls Restaurants that president Mo Jessa says represents the future of Earls as a collective of “individually compelling” eateries. “We are unchaining the chain restaurant,” he says. The company, owned and operated by the North Shore-based Fuller family (which launched the first restaurant there in 1984) has 66 locations in Canada and the US (the most recent opened in Chicago). Developer Grosvenor says Earls will help it realize its vision of a vibrant waterfront village.
