Cushman & Wakefield Acquires 20 VIC Management Inc.
Cushman & Wakefield has acquired 20 VIC Management Inc., one of Canada’s leading commercial real estate management firms.
“This acquisition, first and foremost, is about providing our clients with a deeper pool of talent and a broader array of services,” Cushman & Wakefield Canada CEO Chuck Scott said in a release.
“The 20 VIC team is a great complement to Cushman & Wakefield’s strong capabilities in Canada,” Scott said.
The acquisition will add 700 20 VIC employees to Cushman & Wakefield’s Canadian staff of 846. 20 VIC, which provides personalized service to pension funds, private equity firms and high net worth investors, manages over 21M SF in Canada.
20 VIC co-founders George Buckles and Randy Scharfe will join Cushman & Wakefield as executive managing directors, asset services.
