The Korth Cos’ Jodi Korth is seeing office trends that require flexibility. She says spaces that easily evolve will encourage creativity, collaboration and, ultimately, innovation. She adds that most flexible spaces allow for open doors (if there are any doors at all) and movable partitions that create private space when necessary. Jodi says that the new office needs to feel inviting, especially for Millennials, who are very particular about where and how they work. She loves the switch from typical drywall partitions, and the new trend in moving and writable walls, conference rooms that open like garage doors, and amenities that allow you do your personal stuff like fitness and yoga.
