Whether you're managing a single property or an expansive portfolio, maintenance issues and general repairs need to be attended to quickly and efficiently.
AR Building Services principal and director of operations Luis Rios tells Bisnow his company's app, AR Building Services Mobile, launched in 2015, allows clients to access maintenance services for their properties with a swipe.

The app can be customized to meet the needs of each user, allowing them to save time when organizing the completion of maintenance on one or more properties—with an immediate connection with their AR maintenance team.
While the app's mobile accessibility is convenient, Luis points out that it's also available via a desktop at this link.
AR offers a wide range of services, meeting janitorial and painting needs. AR also provides clients with services such as drywall removal and installation.
