As the inevitable backlash against 100% shared co-working spaces gains momentum, Servcorp SVP Melanie Gladwell suggests a twist: a mix of private offices and shared common areas. Melanie says that, since what motivates one worker distracts another, companies are looking for accessibility to both private rooms and large, collaborative workspaces.
