LA Chart of the Week: Millennial Misconception

Many think Millennials tend to live in more "trendy" neighborhoods, but this isn't the case in LA. According to JLL research, working Millennials only significantly outnumber Baby Boomers in Downtown LA, Hollywood and Playa Vista. LA's other neighborhoods, however, reflect the city-wide percentages of 25% Millennials to 21% Baby Boomers.
