Coleman Highline Secures First Lease

Hunter Storm’s Coleman Highline in San Jose has signed 8x8 Inc. as its first tenant. The tech company signed a lease for 162K SF at Building One, which will become the company’s new headquarters in early 2019. The Class-A office building will allow for additional expansion and to combine 8x8's two North San Jose offices into one.

The mixed-use, Gensler-designed project will offer 1.5M SF of office, two hotels, retail and 1,600 apartments on the Santa Clara/San Jose border. The initial phase of the project finished at the end of last year with the construction of two buildings totaling 357K SF of office. The transit-oriented development is within walking distance of the Santa Clara Caltrain station.
