Pokémon Set To Take Big Slice Of Lincoln Square Expansion

In a deal that's reportedly close but not quite inked, Pokémon Co International, a subsidiary of Japan-based Pokémon Co, is planning to lease floors 27 through 29 at Kemper Development Co’s Lincoln Square expansion project, or about 80k SF. That would be an increase over the roughly 60k SF that the digital gamemaker and augmented reality company occupies in Bellevue.

The Lincoln Square expansion project has been a popular place among Seattle-area companies, GeekWire reports. Valve confirmed plans in August to take nine floors in the building. That was followed by co-working giant WeWork, which will take about 80k SF feet in the building. [GeekWire]
