Lounge by Topgolf opens its Eastside site in Kirkland Urban.

The 1.2M SF mixed-use Kirkland Urban site is filling its retail space with Lounge by Topgolf, Evergreens, AT&T, Restore Cryptotherapy, QFC, Mud Bay, Power Hour 360 and Shake Shack.

Its retail spaces range from 1K to 55K SF and will total 218K SF. Caffe Ladro, Dough Zone, Soi, Chainline Brewing Company and Levue Nail Lounge will join the list soon.

The campus, owned mostly by Google, includes 745K SF of Class-A office space with tenants that include Tableau. The Uptown portion of the development has 185 apartments and includes some affordable housing through a partnership with East King County’s ARCH program.

The development will have a total of 360 units at various multifamily market levels when it delivers in 2021, with access to a fitness center, a rooftop deck, a media room and a pet wash. It sits on 12 acres in the heart of downtown Kirkland on the site of the former Kirkland Park Place.

Kirkland, adjacent to Bellevue, continues to grow rapidly. Henbart recently broke ground on its four-story, mixed-use Parque Kirkland, a 144K SF project that will include 70 units with 22K SF of ground-floor retail and a Bartell Drugs. A new Kirkland Condo project, the 52-unit The Slater, will include five affordable housing units.
