Vibrant Cities is breaking ground on Infinity Shore Club Residences, a 40-unit waterfront condominium project in West Seattle.

Tiscareno Associates is the architect for the 102K SF, six-story building, which will fill a void in condo offerings at Alki Beach.

The property will have a two-story lobby entrance, an infinity pool and integrated hot tub, and rooftop green space, with balconies that have movable walls and glass railings. Setbacks were installed at the request of the neighbors, which are deeper than required by code. The lot sits on a steep slope, which impacted the parking and footprint.

The building will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom units, as well as two-story units, loft-style units and penthouses. It will have two levels of below-grade parking.

West Seattle is undergoing rapid growth, as residents search for a neighborhood that is not overvalued. The Willowcrest apartment building in West Seattle recently sold for $18.8M and the area is one of 27 neighborhoods that was upzoned last year.

Vibrant Cities and Tiscarno are also teaming up on the Pivot Project in the Pike/Pine neighborhood, while Vibrant Cities is involved in microunit development, which co-founder James Wong said is an important housing option for PNW millennials.
