Why Small Business Loves Seattle

Placeholder

Seattle's one of the top places in the country to work for a small business, according to WalletHub, coming in at No. 15 of the 100 largest metros (metro Charlotte was first). The company used 11 metrics to create the rankings, ranging from net small business job growth and industry variety to earnings for small business employees. Seattle's No. 7 when it comes to the number of small businesses per 1,000 inhabitants, and not too shabby when it comes to the variety of small businesses (No. 20). A healthy job market, and thus real estate activity, doesn't just depend on the big employers (Amazon, say) but also on the countless small businesses and their ability to attract new talent.
