The Bank, Birmingham. Birmingham’s tallest residential tower, part of The Bank scheme, owned by real estate investment company Aprirose, has reached practical completion.

The £35 million residential development in the heart of Birmingham city comprises 189 studio, one and two-bedroom properties and has already sold 90% of its apartments.  The site also hosts retail space on the ground floor, private landscaped gardens and a concierge service.

The 22-storey building standing 70 meters high is Aprirose’s first large scale residential scheme. Designed by Glancy Nicholls Architects the construction of the tower was managed by Midlands Based developer Regal (West Point) Ltd, a subsidiary of the Regal Property Group and delivered by Wates Construction.
