Throw Down Your AmEx Here

San Francisco Other

If there was ever a reason to book a flight just to visit an airport lounge, this is it. Yesterday, the AmEx Centurion Lounge opened doors at SFO. We hear Turner Construction's buildout of the 8,200 SF space was in the four figures/square foot. The project is targeted to be the first LEED Platinum lounge at SFO. The lounge takes airport dining to new heights thanks to a menu by Christopher Kostow (the three-Michelin starred chef of The Restaurant at Meadowood in Napa). Access is free for American Express Business and Corporate Platinum Card Members and includes all food and drink. It'll cost other American Express members $50.
