Open Office Concept Brought To Rubicon Point Partners' Newest Renovation

Rubicon Point Partners just completed its transformation of a garage at 1125-1127 Mission St into a creative office space. The three-floor 43k SF Mid-Market building includes a finished basement, a new façade and finishes, floor-to-ceiling windows, new plumbing and electrical systems, 20-plus-foot-tall open ceilings and 14k SF floor plates. It also includes the unique feature of a double-lot open floor plan.

“Our mission is to develop and create space that is cool and creative for one of our stakeholders: our tenants,” Rubicon Point Partners president and managing partner Ani Vartanian Boladian tells Bisnow. “We invest in buildings in unparalleled locations in which we can offer space that encourages and fosters creativity, innovation and interaction.”

The building is close to the Central Subway project, BART and MUNI stations. Nearby tenants include Twitter, Zendesk, Yahoo, Spotify, Dolby and Square.

“From what it was to what it is now is night and day, and we hope and expect that 1125 Mission and its future tenant will positively contribute to the fabric of the Mid-Market neighborhood,” Ani says.
