JLL Brings Popular Creative Office Components To Its Own San Francisco Workspace
JLL recently completed a 37K SF renovation of its San Francisco office at One Front St. The design incorporates different work styles and needs of the office's 110 employees to make work easier, more collaborative and more productive and to increase job satisfaction and balance, JLL Managing Director Mike Seifer said.
The renovated office, which was designed by M Moser Associates and managed by JLL Project Management, incorporates an open, creative floor plan with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Downtown San Francisco and the bay.
The office features two cafés, several lounge and game areas and quiet rooms.
Check out some of the new design elements:
Pool Room ...
JLL employees play pool and work in collaborative open office spaces.
... To Putting Green
JLL's San Francisco office incorporates several game areas where employees can take a break or blow off steam.
The two floors are connected by a stairwell designed after the Golden Gate Bridge.
Technology is integrated throughout the space, and is highlighted in the Mezzanine Room, a multimedia presentation and communications center linking JLL San Francisco to colleagues and clients around the world.
The office also includes event space. Large collaborative work areas dominate the office and encourage use of online tools that limit the need for paper file storage.
