S.F. Brokers Get An Unfair Advantage

San Francisco Office

Over the next few weeks a group of senior level commercial real estate pros in the Bay Area will start meeting to create an unfair advantage for themselves as part of the REAL Professionals Network. Five years ago former Grubb & Ellis guru Rick Lackey (right) teamed up with 10 real estate pros to weather the recession by creating what he calls an "unfair advantage": a chance for old friends and colleagues to benefit from each other’s expertise and relationships. Now there's 25-plus invitation-only mastermind groups for senior-level execs and development players in 10 cities throughout the Southeast and Texas. He's partnered with tech entrepreneur Michael Podrazhansky for a national rollout of the network, with plans to expand in cities like DC, Boston, and Chicago.
