S.F. Board Of Appeals To Hear Challenge To Waterfront Tower

Placeholder

A challenge to the 220-foot condo tower planned at 75 Howard St will go before San Francisco's Board of Appeals today.

Paramount Group's project, where 133 condos are planned, received approval from the city's planning commission last year. Last month, the board of appeals split 2-2 (with one member absent) on the appeal of an exception for the building's height, according to SocketSite. That appeal will be heard again today as well as another on approved variances for the project.

The board also will hear an impact fee appeal from Kilroy Realty. [SS]
