Units Nearly Half Sold At Mid-Market's Newest Condo Building

Mid-Market’s newest condo building, Studio 1075, is selling units quickly. As of late March, Encore Capital Management’s property had sold about 50% of its units and was on track to sell out by the fall, according to real estate marketing and sales firm SagePoint, formerly Level Four Advisors. The 90-unit, eight-story building at 1075 Market St. was completed in February.

Units have been selling in the high-$500K range for studios and starting at $700K for one-bedrooms and the low-$1M range for a two-bedroom unit. Unit size ranges from 400 SF to 1,100 SF. Amenities include a lobby attendant, a virtual doorman, Luxer One package lockers, a rooftop deck with barbecue and lounge seating, a dog run and dog-washing station, 8K SF of ground-floor retail and bike storage and maintenance.

The project was designed by Levy Design Partners and the contractor was Build Group.
