Tishman to Build Two More High-Rises in SoMa

Tishman Speyer is pitching two new high-rise multifamily complexes next to Caltrain in South of Market, according to the San Francisco Business TimesJohn Elberling, head of SoMa neighborhood group TODCO, tells Bisnow its too premature to say how the towers might fit into the grand scheme of the SoMa Central Plan. The plan is in conceptual and theoretical stages, and until he sees a firm proposal in his hands, John says he'll stay mum. Tishman's also proposed a pair of office towers at 5th and Brannan at the Chronicle parking lot, John tells us. Here's Tishman's Carl Shannon giving Bisnow a tour of a LUMINA model. The condos are currently rising at rapid speed at 201 Folsom.
