Comstock Realty Fully Leases Industrial Complex In San Leandro

The Comstock Industrial Center in San Leandro is now fully leased. Wayfair and CEVA Freight will be the tenants at Comstock Realty Partners’ building, which is the first new industrial complex built in San Leandro in more than 15 years. CBRE Senior Vice Presidents Michael Barry and Bob Ferraro repped the landlord.

Wayfair signed a lease for 81K SF and was repped by JLL Managing Director Jason Ovadia. CEVA Freight will lease 82K SF and was repped by CBRE First Vice President Ken Morris. The property offers a 32-foot clear height, an ESFR sprinkler system and a gated yard with 279 parking spots.
