Digital Realty's Results Are In
S.F.-based Digital Realty's local portfolio--one site in Oakland and three in the city--was 90.5% leased at year's end, according to its SEC filing this week. Its 131-property portfolio counts subsidiaries of CenturyLink, IBM, and telx Group as its largest tenants, by annualized rent. FFO per share of $4.74 for full-year 2013 was up 7% from $4.44 in 2012. The data giant's Silicon Valley portfolio was 78.8% leased and has some holes to fill. About half of the 307k SF data center at 34551 Ardenwood in Fremont is up for grabs.
