Welcome to Miami

San Francisco

A slice of South Beach now sits atop 220 Sansome. Hip ad agency Muhtayzik Hoffer inked a 7,000 SF, five-year deal to take the top two floors of the 16-story Financial District building (see, not all the cool kids are in SoMa). The creative shop left the Embarcadero on Front Street in search of more square footage, says Cushman's David Duble, who reps 220's landlord. The space had been gutted and used as a staging area for building work. Gensler gave it a stark white industrial finish with hot pink-on-black accents and loads of natural light, reminiscent of a Miami photography studio. (Will LeBron James follow?)
