No, this chart doesn’t depict the Klout score of mega-tweeter Ashton Kutcher. It’s from Cornish & Carey Commercial’s 2012 Real Estate Review & Forecast, showing Silicon Valley’s Class-A office vacancy fell to 11.9% (from 20.6%) last year. Silicon Valley growth matched 2000, and rents were up by more than 10% for Class-A, up 15% for R&D. Job growth is up, as well. Companies that are hiring include Apple, Google, and eBay. And we just added a few farm hands in Farmville. We were getting a real bad sunburn out there in the fields.
