Kilroy's Transit Strategy

| Allen Matkins’ Peter Roth has been representing Kilroy Realty for over a decade. He tells us the developer’s strategy is to add more transit-friendly properties to their portfolio in areas like SOMA, which is particularly attractive given its proximity to the Transbay Terminal. The Duke Law grad also says Kilroy likes to buy properties it can solely develop. In his spare time, Peter’s an associate editor for UltraAudio.com and listens to music exclusively on vinyl (safe to assume he’s not a fan of Spotify). |
