| Jones Lang LaSalle’s Tom Maloney, Keven Mechelke, and Trent Barmy repped John Muir Health in a long-term lease at 1450 Treat Blvd in Walnut Creek. The provider plans to spend $40M to build out and equip a 144k SF outpatient center, consolidating existing physician practices and services. The building is next to John Muir’s corporate offices (1400 Treat), allowing the provider to centralize admin functions into one campus. Cornish & Carey repped the landlord, an affiliate of Beard Land Improvement. |
