Green features: Its location on a high-density, urban infill site is known for its walkability, connectivity and proximity to San Diego State University as well as to all kinds of urban transportation. Also applauded: its achievements in energy efficiency, healthy indoor air quality and water-use reduction.

Green features: Here there are live-work units, retail facilities, a green roof, bike storage and shared amenities like conference and fitness rooms. Low energy use helps residents save on their utility bills while also reducing their overall environmental footprint.
