Newport Pacific Breaks 10-Year Development Lull in Rancho Santa Fe

Newport Pacific has officially broken ground on the long-awaited Palma de la Reina, a mixed-use project at 5525 Cancha de Golf—at the entrance of Morgan Run Resort & Golf Club—that will include 21k SF of spec Class-A office space, a 54-unit residential project and more than 10k SF of retail. The site, one of the last undeveloped commercial parcels in Rancho Santa Fe, is also the first new area project in a decade.
