Placeholder

The second phase of the PDX Logistics Center is already full. UPS and Cummins moved on the space, joining Gateway Express, Ernest Packaging and KeHE Distributors in the sought-after industrial complex. The pair has leased a combined 355k SF, with UPS taking 235k SF and Cummins, new to the local market, grabbing 120k SF.

Phase 3 will bring another 250k SF to the market once completed next year. Perlo Construction is working on the remaining phase and handled the first two as well. Capstone Partners principal Chris Nelson told the Portland Business Journal the company would schedule a Phase 4 if there was any more land available. The PDX Logistics Center sits on land leased from the Port of Portland. [PBJ]
