Logistics Center Near Airport Expands 250k SF

The Port of Portland Commission has OK'd plans from Capstone Partners and its investment partner PCCP LLC to develop Phase 3 of the PDX Logistics Center. The expansion will add 250k SF of industrial space on 14 acres near Portland International Airport. The center's first phase opened about a year ago. Construction on the third phase will begin in July and finish roughly a year later, the Portland Business Journal reports. When the entire center is complete, it will include 1M SF in five buildings.
