Gilbert Square Apartments at 1821 E Covina St in Mesa traded hands for $10.7M. CA-based Exchange Services sold the property to Gilbert Square Equity of Portland, OR. Berkadia's Mark Forrester, Ric Holway and Dan Cheyne negotiated the sale, while Chad Williams originated a fixed-rate acquisition loan through Berkadia’s Fannie Mae Program, AZ Big Media reports.
