The Studebaker Building On Philly's North Broad St.

Co-working company Benjamin's Desk is opening an eighth location in Philadelphia, in the historic Studebaker building.

Situated at 667 North Broad St., the Studebaker building sits just feet away from the revamped Divine Lorraine Hotel, now an apartment building with restaurants on the ground floor. Developer Eric Blumenfeld, who purchased and redeveloped the Divine Lorraine, also owns the Studebaker building, Curbed Philadelphia reports.

Benjamin's Desk will lease 17K SF at the building, which will be rebranded as Divine Works to cement the connection between the two historic properties. The Philly-based co-working firm will renovate the space, with the goal of opening by the end of 2017.
