Trammell Crow's Latest Development in Bethlehem

Trammell Crow Co has received approvals for a 677k SF Class A warehouse/distribution building in Bethlehem. The project, located at 2485 Commerce Dr, will be developed on a former Bethlehem Steel site in the Lehigh Valley Industrial Park. The property has excellent interstate highway exposure and access; it is located less than two miles from I-78 and is adjacent to the Bethlehem Intermodal Terminal. Building design features include cross-dock loading, wide column spacing, and ESFR sprinkler systems. Construction is slated to begin in May 2013.
