RED Capital Group tells us it put a $20M first mortgage interim loan on the property for its redevelopment by its owners—SSH Real Estate, Silverang Hallowell Development Co, and 806 Capital (and a partridge in a pear tree). Redevelopment points include the Art Deco-inspired lobby redesign. |
