Rittenhouse Realty Sees Growth Ahead

Rittenhouse Realty Advisors managing partners Ken Wellar and Corey Lonberger tell us the company’s greatest achievement has been the growth of its team (snapped on a balcony during the firm's holiday party). Rittenhouse started with four agents and one office in Philly, and has grown in less than two years into a regional firm with offices in Manhattan and Delaware as well.

The company added 11 people (for a total of 15), and Ken and Corey anticipate similar growth in 2015. Also, they launched a new company, Rittenhouse Capital Advisors, which allows them to offer debt and equity services along with brokerage.
