| Charlie was one of our panelists at this morning's BisnowPhiladelphia Industrial Summit at The Rittenhouse Hotel. Charlie told us and an audience of more than 200 CRE pros that, about 14 months ago, market activity began to pick up whereas before “there was very little activity of substance.” His firm did a build-to-suit for Schar USA and two spec MOBs at 20k SF each. With enough land for another million SF of product at Pureland, Charlie says he's seeing a few build-to-suit prospects out there. “We've been seeing a lot o f good activity all of the sudden,” he says, which should carry over into 2012. Although, it's not going to be any roaring train. |
