| Binswanger EVP Scott Gabrielsen and VP Nick Sannelli are getting a piece of the rock. The duo have been tapped by 401 Property Management to lease 72k SF of unused space at 401 City Avenue, a 400k SF granite building in Bala Cynwyd. Its tenant roster is already pretty impressive: Chops Steakhouse, Susquehanna International Group, Raymond James & Associates, Liberty Healthcare, and Entercom. |
