No, that doesn't mean Billy Joel is releasing a sequel. CCIM's PA/Southern NJ/DE chapter is hosting a tour of City Center Lehigh Valley on Jan. 14. (We snapped executive director Donna Siter and board member Blair Gilbert at the sponsor table for our Industrial Summit.) The program will highlight revitalization and potential at Allentown's Neighborhood Improvement Zone. National CCIM prez Karl Landreneau will be on hand, and the program features keynotes by CCLV executive VP Jim Harbaugh and The Waterfront principal Ryan Dunn.
