Two New Deals on 270 (and More on the Way)

Carr Properties has bolstered the tenant roster of its Park Plaza I office building in North Rockville, announcing yesterday that Monument Bank and Dewberry have signed new leases at the 131k SF property (Gaither Road right off of I-270) Monument is taking 24k SF, while Dewberry signed for 5,800 SF. CBRE's Ben Powell, who repped Carr, says 58k SF in signed deals have been inked at the property in 2014, after Carr recently invested capital in renovations, and more leases are pending.
