Two Cool Deals in a Row for Minshall Stewart

Here’s Minshall Stewart’s John Stewart this morning in their shiny new corner lobby at 2001 L, where the Urban Land Institute has announced it will be taking 33k SF on the full second and third floors for its headquarters in 2016, moving from Thomas Jefferson St in G’Town. After buying the building in 2012, Minshall Stewart rehabbed it and it’s now 85% leased, with the help of CBRE. This comes not long after the firm also snagged the European Union’s US embassy for its building at 2175 K.
