Sands Capital Moves to Sister Building

How’s this for sibling rivalry? Sands Capital Management is trading in its digs at Monday Properties’ 1101 Wilson Blvd for 80k SF on the top four floors of sister twin tower 1000 Wilson Blvd (pictured) across the street. As part of the agreement Monday Properties will give 1000 Wilson a new roof deck above the 31st floor, Globe St reports. The twin towers consist of over 1M SF of LEED-EB Gold certified trophy office space. AOBA/BOMA recently awarded the sisters Outstanding Building of the Year. [GlobeSt]
